Lake in January
Last Wednesday, we woke up to falling snow. Today, we went to the lake. After working in the morning, I picked up The Boy and his friend and we ran some errands. Got HRH the Fairy Princess some new dance shoes, to TJ's for food, and then to the lake. Sadley, Turbo fell apart after 45 minutes, but it was a nice attempt at spontaneous fun.
Auugh!! The pain!
I was almost up the the armpits of my bottom-up seamless sweater when I had to admit to God and two other people...that it would fit Orson Welles. I hav elearned from previous projects, though, that's it's less painful to frog than to finish.

This is my second knit hat. The blue is Sensations Wull and the purpley Patton's Pebbles. It's 64 stitches on a 6.5 mm circular.
Current projects: swetare for me (knit) hat for hubby (knit) and an ugle, yellow and orange acrylic sweater coat for Turbo Sport ( crochet.

What's going on with me?
Work- trying to fill in staff is hard work, especially when cold calling volunteers is not your forte.
Homeschool is on hold until next Monday, then the fun of dragging the kids back into things.
Current projects: A lovely lamb's wool sweater, a baby blanket for charity, anmd an ugly cardi for Turbo. It's bright, he'll love it.
